Aprilia, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer has updated the smallest bikes of the RS and Tuono family for 2025. This version of the Aprilia Tuono 125 and RS125 comes with revisions in its design and updates in the single-cylinder engine for the international market. The changes in the powertrain have been made to make the engine Euro 5+ emission standard compliant. Here are all the details of entry-level sports motorcycles.
In terms of design, the Aprilia RS125 and the Tuono 125 seem to be heavily inspired by their middle-weight siblings. Both the bikes get a similar front fascia with three LED light setup. The difference in both the machines can be seen in the form of the full fairing on the RS and the semi-fairing on the Tuono. These elements work well with the new paint scheme options in the form of the Kingsnake White and Cyanide Yellow on the 2025 Aprilia RS125. Meanwhile, the 2025 Aprilia Tuono 125 gets Viper Yellow and Mamba Grey paint schemes.

Both Aprilia RS125 and the Tuono 125 carry forward the hardware used on the previous iteration of the bike. It comes with dual-channel ABS sourced from Bosch with that adds anti-rollover feature eliminating the risk of both wheels losing traction in case of emergency braking. They come suspended on 40 mm USD forks and a monoshock at the rear with a symmetrical swingarm.
The brand has also added feature list a backlit digital instrument cluster which gives necessary information like speed, fuel level, gear position indicator, real time average fuel economy, and more. The owners of the bikes can opt for a USB charging port.
Based on aluminium frame, the bikes are powered by same 124.2 cc engine which has been updated to be Euro 5+ compliant. This is a single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which works with a six-speed transmission. It gets a quickshifter as an optional add-on. This unit puts out 14.7 bhp of power at 10,000 rpm and 11.2 Nm of peak torque while revving at 8,000 rpm.
